5 Servings of Vegetables

1 time a day for 28 days

We should be eating 5-8 servings of vegetables each day but most people do not even get 3! The challenge is to eat a minimum of 5 servings each day. Check in with what you veggies you ate today, do not check-in if it is less than 5. One serving is equal to 1/2 cup of vegetables (about the size of a baseball) or 1 cup of leafy greens. 🥬🥦🥕🥒 *this is a vegetable challenge. Fruit is awesome to include in your day but it won’t count towards your check-in!*
