Hey guys! So i know this quarantiney time has thrown a lot of us off of our usual schedules and daily routines. For me, it’s been a struggle to get active and stay consistent ! So that’s why I decided to start this 100 days of fitness/movement challenge to push our minds and bodies to its fullest potential. Starting June 1, join me in this challenge ! Keep in mind, it most definitely doesn’t have to be 100 days of intense core training workout, it can be any movements from stretching, yoga, walks,at home workouts, dancing , etc. , just make sure you check in! Remember to be safe and be kind to yourself, your mind and your body💛
