Workout OR get 10,000 steps at least 5x per week. Workouts can be anything: strength training, running, exercise class, walking, etc. and should be at least 30 minutes. For 10,000 steps, show your tracker in your video. No rule about where you workout: home, gym, park. Have fun and get your sweat on! Challenge will start Monday, 7/15.
