Improve at the skill of remembering the names of people by checking in 5 times per week for three weeks, no more than once per day. In your check-in share the name of someone you met or communicated with and the mental imagery you’re using to help you remember that name. It can be an unusual, shocking or even disturbing image (no judgements) because that’s what will make it memorable!
