This a 2 week NO EXCUSES holiday workout challenge. We all have access to a way to workout from home either through YouTube for a body weight or yoga workout or simply going for a walk or run. It’s time to stop letting the holidays get in the way of your goals. With 168 hours in the week, you can find 2.5 to workout. RULES: - 1 check in per day, 5 days per week - 30 minutes minimum workout length - show your metrics and the context of the workout (ie show your weights, the end of the video, or you walking into the studio for class based fitness) Please Note: To maintain the integrity of this challenge, you will be asked to leave the challenge if you do not post metrics indicating a 30 minute workout or show some sort of context to the workouts you are performing.
