Meditate for 10 mins every day for 21 days and check in every day before 3am (the following morning). During check in, share the following 3 things: 🌷Length of meditation (at least 10 mins) 🌺 Type of meditation (guided/unguided, vipassana, TM, metta, body scan, etc.) 🌼 Insights or feelings Each missed check in on the Spar app will be a $10 penalty. Those who don’t miss any check ins split the $ pot at the end.
