Minimum 25 squats, 5 times a week. Check in can show you doing the squats, or you can hold your phone and just show the movement if you’re too shy to do a full body video, just do your best to get your knees/feet in the shot. Will start challenge when we get a good amount of people, or on Friday June 14th. Happy Squatting! :)
