1 time on Mon, Tue, Wed, and Thu for 2 weeks

Welcome to the push up/sit up 14 day lockdown challenge. To stay active and connected my challenge is simple. Do 10 push-ups or 10 sit ups a day from Monday to Thursday. Feel free to take breaks and not going to penalize you on form. Just try to keep active and have a fun time!
