This challenge is for those who have fitness pal or are interested in downloading the fitness pal app. All you have to do is check in and tell us that you’ve been tracking your meals, water and workouts on fitness pal. Share your successes if you had a great day. If your day wasn’t so great, you can mention that as well. This is a space for people who are doing the same thing. Calorie counting is not easy. Accountability is not easy. But we are working towards intuitive eating.
