Mindset 💭 For this challenge you check in M-F by showing yourself physically doing or talking us through each of the three M’s you completed. Can be as long/complex or short/simple as you would like as long as you are completing all three. Examples: Movement: Gym, quick workout, stretching, walk outside, yoga. Mindfulness: Meditation, gratitude journal, deep breathing, journaling. Mindset: Setting daily intentions, motivational podcast, affirmations, to do list for day.
