Challenge is to do 3 miles cardio, 3 times a week. Edit from the video: this is for 2 weeks now, to allow newcomers to have access. This is not for time. I don’t care the pace you are going as long as you are moving and doing 3 miles. Must show yourself doing the cardio activity and hitting the 3 miles on some sort of tracker. For example: If you’re doing an outdoor run/walk show yourself doing that and your tracker hitting the 3 mile mark. Let’s do this 💪🏼
