30 day Ab Challenge

1 time a day for 30 days

Use this workout app https://apps.apple.com/us/app/six-pack-in-30-days-6-pack/id1338655056 and every day film the last 20 seconds of your workout on the spar app. You have until 3am at night to do the app. On Spar there are beginner and intermediate ab workout 30 day calendars. It doesn’t matter which you choose but stick to it and follow the calendar. Every fourth day is a rest day on the ab app, but remember to still “check-in” on Spar. There is a $5 penalty everyday that you don’t check in which gets added to the app. The pot goes to whoever has the least missed days and is split if there is a tie!
