The challenge starts March 1st through March 30th . All workouts are designed to be completed at home or in the gym. In order to complete the challenge you are required to follow the carb cycling plan and the workouts to receive the best results. To make this fun and keep us all accountable Each day you are required check in when working out through this app and check in for eating through the group chat created. For each day you miss a check in there is a $3 penalty! It’s not much but it can definitely add up! This was created to motivate us all to stay consistent and push through the challenge.
