This will be a very simple one. Get a min of 4 workouts a week for at least 30mins each. You can check in after your ass gets sweaty from the workout, if you have a Apple Watch or any other tracking device you may use it as long as it’s dated. If you are doing weight training it’s hard to track so a short clip inside the gym will do. At the end of the day if you are trying to find ways to cheat you’re just dumb because $5 a day isn’t worth the hassle around it and will only hurt you. So let’s get this. If you have suggestion to add anything else to the challenge I’m all ears. Just need some heavy motivation. I travel doing Spartan races so WHO wants to join me on some???
