1 time a day for 3 weeks

You set your goal. If it’s 5 workouts a week or 50 crunches a day. We all need to know what your goal is so we can all cheer each other on. If you don’t meet your goal, don’t check in that day. If you have a goal to rest one day of the week, check in on that day. For example, 4 workouts per week, 3 rest days. If you only worked out 3 days then you don’t check in one day.
