Challenge: Do a minimum of 33 push-ups, 33 sit ups, and 33 squats every day for 14 consecutive days. Check-in: Show yourself doing at least one of the 3 - push-ups, sit ups, squats - for the duration of the 60 sec check-in. If you’re doing sets, check-in doing 11 of each...whatever works for you and whatever you can fit into the 60 sec. Don’t hurt yourself by rushing! Modifications are okay.
