4 hours of undistracted work, *every weekday, phone should be off and preferably in another room. Push yourself mentally to stay on the chosen task, a 2-4 hour timer is recommended. Film and show us your work after you’re done, splitting up the time into 2 sessions is acceptable, 3 time splits is not recommended. Looking forward to getting a lot one with you all!
