Weekday Sweat

1 time on weekdays for 2 weeks

Weekday sweat we are working out Monday through Friday for at least 30 minutes per day. The challenge goes from Tuesday, July 14 until Monday, July 27. That’s 10 days of sweat. You must check in each week day. During your check-in show your sweat, your equipment, an app or Apple Watch. It’s summer so try fun sweat activities like swimming, bike riding or skating! Restorative yoga and walking do not count- you will be penalized. If you miss a check in you will be penalized.
