1 time a day for 3 weeks

IZEA homies only. 30 minute workouts. 4x per week. $3 per missed checkin. Checkins can be a shot of your fitness tracker stats after a workout, or of you during the actual workout if you don’t have a watch or even just entering/leaving a studio or gym if recording is banned there - home workouts are fine too, just some semblance of proof that you worked out :)
