Log your food intake each day. You can use whatever method works best for you (pen and paper, nutrition apps, etc) At the end of the day, take a short video of your food log for the day. For your check-in to count, you must have all meals and snacks logged in. This challenge is great for everyone, no matter what your nutrition goals are. The first step to better nutrition is being accountable and mindful of what we eat each day.
