You must do the following daily: •30 minutes of cardio •30 squats •30 pushups •15 min of stretching •1 minute plank •30 reps of weight training (if at home, can do 30 reps of other at home exercise) •No alcohol •Drink 2L min of water Starts Sunday November 3rd
