50 squats + 50 ab stuff (bird dogs or choose your poison). Adding an optional 20 reps of “other,” such as push up, shadowbox combos, death-drops, Beyoncé struts, etc. We’ll need core & trunk strength, plus probably upper body and any hail mary’s for the zombie apocalypse.
