Show you’ve done yoga for 10+ minutes. You don’t need to show your poses and I don’t really care whether you do something structured or not. Most people in the current challenge are watching YouTube videos and checking in with the starting and ending times, which is totally fine. If you want to do something at the gym I know most places won’t allow phones so maybe show a pic of the schedule? I’m a little more flexible with this challenge, just want to get people stretching for longer periods of time. If you’re doing your own thing, just set a timer and show that you made it to 10 minutes.
