1 time a day for 2 weeks

60 seconds of weighted OR body squats! You MUST show your whole body. No videos with the camera on the ground or only showing your torso Reasons for getting flagged: -Lazy squats -Just bending over -Ending the video early -Not showing your body Tip: Have your camera set up so all you have to do is press record and get back into your position. Besides wanting a better booty, the goal is to increase your amount as the days go on AND improve your form.
