Checkin 4 times a week physically showing your lunch. You must show the food and we have to see it. You can cook or prep each day. If you decide to meal prep in advance you still must show all the containers example 5 dishes of green salad on prep day then checkin each day after showing yourself putting that same Tupperware in a lunch box each day. I don’t care what you make. Leftovers are ok even restaurant leftovers are fine. U can’t go thur a drive thur or something for lunch the point of this challenge is to save money, plan ahead, eat what you have, and eat better options. If your making your kids lunch spouse lunch etc that’s ok too let’s be honest. Hope you will join me
