1 time a day for 2 weeks

1. Check-In 4 times a week. Each missed check in is a $10 pentalty per missed checkin. (Example 1=$10 2=$20 etc.) 2. Workouts can count as almost anything that get you active. The following DONT COUNT -walking a dog, walking to the train, stairs under 10 minutes of activity. You get the idea. If you have to ask, it probably doesn’t count! 3. More than 2 checkins per day is not permitted. We need 4 checkins per week...We got this! 4. I would encourage at least 30 minutes of activity. Also, try switching it up with the types of workouts.
