8,000 steps a day

8,000 steps is a great goal - if my goal is higher I often don't make it, but a goal of 8,000 helps me smash it! Check in once per day showing your count - video must display both the date and the step count or it will be flagged. Use your Apple or Samsung watch, FitBit, Garmin, or other tracker, or if you are able you can show a pedometer app or the dashboard of your app. In bad weather it can be hard to achieve so you can have one legit 'miss' in the 14 days: you'll still need to check in but your video should show you holding up a piece of paper or other sign saying "cheat day" for at least 4-5 seconds. You don't have to use the cheat day - it's just in case 😊
