You can use stream of consciousness to say anything that comes to mind or dive deep into something important to you. Use the whole minute. Look at others for ideas on how to show gratitude. Do it with family and friends. This practice had been proven to improve well-being and increase overall happiness and life satisfaction. Best done first thing in the morning. It is a great group and we are all in this for the long term benefits of being grateful for this one shot at life we have been given.
