RULES: - 1 check in per day, 5 days per week - 30 minutes minimum workout length - show your metrics and the context of the workout (ie show your weights, the end of the video, or you walking into the studio for class based fitness) Please Note: To maintain the integrity of this challenge, you will be asked to leave the challenge if you do not post metrics indicating a 30 minute workout or show some sort of context to the workouts you are performing.
