Split them up however you prefer (i.e. 10 sets of 10 reps is fine) Regular, standard push-ups is preferred but likewise you can mix it up with knees down (easier) or any other form you’re keen on. Record 20 seconds of evidence that you’re doing push-ups- we can’t record all our pushups, so a short video is fine. Good luck!
