Test your mental toughness! We will do this in 3 phases. First 30 days then second 30 days then final 15! Join at any phase! Check in can be of any of these activities or a pic/video of your daily checklist Everyday: 1. Pick a legitimate eating plan or diet and stick with it. No French fries daily is not a legitimate eating plan 2. No alcohol 3. 1 gallon of water 4. Two non consecutive 45 min workouts one of which must be outside 5.
