Inspired by the #75hard with a slight modification to love your body by strengthening your body 1. 20 minutes of movement daily 2. 3x / week to be strength training 3. 3 servings of veggies daily 4. 1/2 body weight in oz of water daily 5. Cut or reduce 1 item out of your diet (ie. Processed sugar, dairy, meat or eating out) 6. 10 minutes of self improvement daily (whatever this means to you)
