8,000 steps is a great goal - if my goal is higher I often don't make it, but a goal of 8,000 helps me smash it! Check in once per day showing your count - video should display both the date and the step count. Use your Apple or Samsung watch, FitBit, Garmin, or other tracker, or if you are able you can show a pedometer app or the dashboard of your app. In bad weather and with social distancing it can be hard to achieve so you can have three legit 'passes' in the 21 days: you'll still need to check in, but either tell us you're using a 'pass' or hold up a sheet of paper saying that if you're shy! Obviously you don't have to use the cheat day - it's just in case 😊 I won't be doing any flagging of videos given the current circumstances - if you 'cheat' you're only cheating yourself!
