Use a tracker to count your 8000 steps. (Ex. Fitbit, Apple Watch, iPhone etc) for 3 weeks Record a quick 2-3 second video of your total steps. No need to show your face or anything else. Penalty 15$ dropout $20 The goal here is everyone succeeds and that we build up our activity level as a group! The steps have to total 8000 per day (from midnight to midnight). Giving a 12:30am cutoff so that if you are stepping right up until midnight you still have 30 minutes to check in.
