I’m sure we’ve all seen the posts on Instagram - people showing off their amazing results - many of which reflect a 90 day period. There are a ton of different ways to achieve your goals, but here’s how I want this challenge to go: 1. Check in ONLY if you maintained your goals for that day. If you cheated, don’t check in. This is about accountability.. stick to your goals! 2. I’m not outlining what your goals need to be, so in your first check in let us know what your weight loss/health goals for these 90 days are. 3. Milestone rewards!!! For every 30 days that you stick to your goals, treat yourself! This can be a new outfit, purse, haircut, cheat day (in this case you CAN check in on that day 😜) 4. On the last day of the challenge tell us about your progress and if you achieved what you set out to in this challenge. 5. HAVE FUN! Committing to yourself doesn’t have to be a chore! Enjoy the changes that you’re making for YOU! ❤️
