Attend two yoga or exercise classes every week. Check in as you’re heading into your studio/gym and tell us what kind of class you’re going to take. If you forget on your way in, do it on your way out. I’m also going to run another challenge concurrently for one class a week. I personally want to do at least 3/week but I figure that may be more commitment than others are looking for, so by doing two challenges, I believe it will be more appealing to a greater number of people. PLEASE NOTE: CHECKING INTO BOTH CHALLENGES FOR THE SAME CLASS WILL BE FLAGGED. Join either or both challenges! The intent here is to get out to classes, not stay at home for an internet based class. In the spirit of inclusion, I’m open to hearing extenuating circumstances necessitating home classes.
