Every day show a video proof of you working out for at least 5min (does not need to be timelapse) before 10 AM. By default everyone needs to workout 5 days per week, and you can choose which 2 days of the week that you like to use as rest days. If anyone like to have different number of cheat days, you will have to mention it in the comments before the challenge starts.
