Record a 1-minute of your ABS Workout! Any Core workout variations are welcomed- planks, crunches, bridges, ab roller, resistance band abs, medicine ball abs, bicycles, leg lifts, etc. ;) The purpose is to push yourself in this challenge. Check-in 3x/week (MON/WED/FRI). There is a $15 penalty for every missed check-in. Lets do this!!!!
