Self care is so so so important to our mental health! We get so busy rolling through the motions of life that we forget to take care of ourselves. I challenge you once a day every day to do some form of self care, color, work out, get your hair done, take a bath, take a nap, whatever helps you! You cannot do the same activity two days in a row. This is so that our minds don’t get so used to the activity that it becomes part of something on our to do list and no longer feels refreshing! Let’s do this!
