1 time on Wed, Fri, and Sun for 4 weeks

Each participant will check in three times a week to give a status report of their journey toward a long term goal. If you did not do anything to move toward your goals, then you do not check in. Sunday: Outline weekly goals and the their respective tasks. (Must be written in some form: video should attest to this). Goals should be measurable. All weekly goals are short term goals that are striving to a long term goal (I.e business start up, graduation, proficiency and skill) Wednesday: Where are you in accomplishing your weekly goals? (Video should show tasks completed from list or the task you are currently working on) What adjustments do you need to make to finish the week strong? Friday: Were you able to accomplish your weekly goals? (Video should show task accomplished and/or a list of things crossed out from list) What do you need to do better next week?
