Now for the challenge requirements: • Selfie video weigh in and personal statement on challenge goals • Must submit post workout selfie at gym Week 1: 2 x 16.9 fl oz bottles of water or 33.8 fl oz per day! Visit the gym 2x’s this week minimum at least 1 hr 30 sit-ups/ 10 squats/10 jumping-jacks Week 2: 4 x 16.9 Oz bottles of water or 67.6 fl oz per day Visit the gym 3x’s this week minimum at least 1 hr 60 sit ups / 15 squats/ 15 jumping-jacks Week 3: 5 x 16.9 Oz bottles of water or 84.5 fl oz per day Visit the gym 3x’s this week minimum at least 1 hr 90 sit ups/ 25 squats / 40 jumping-jacks
