The rules are simple: make this challenge what you need! Options for check ins: 1. Give ideas that you use to manage your anxiety. Meditation? An app? Therapy? List making? 2. Say what you struggle with. Is there anything specific that makes you anxious? 3. Anxiety level - are you having a good day? A bad day? Where is your anxiety level today? I’m having some health problems due to my anxiety and my doctor told me I need to find ways to manage it. I’m looking for ideas, but I also want this to be a support for anyone struggling like I am!
