Welcome to Appreciate Your Spouse/Partner! The rules are simple: -Every day for 60 seconds tell us via video what you appreciate or love about your partner! -You can either prepare a list ahead of time or you can share as you are thinking about it. -Focus in on specific things that happened that day or go broad and general. There is no right or wrong way to do this. -We tend to focus on or remember negative events more than positive events (this is called The Negativity Bias). Because of this, it is important to spend time thinking about what is positive within our relationships. -I welcome you to invite your spouse to do the challenge with you!
