It’s official people...only two more months until the wedding. We’ve got to kick it in gear. The rules are simple: 1. Check-in each day 2. Exercise for AT LEAST 20 minutes Let’s define exercise ...running, walking at a brisk pace, aerobic classes, kickboxing, etc. It does not include...mowing the lawn, walking to the mailbox, seeing how many grocery bags you can carry in one trip, etc. We have got to be purposeful, if we want to see results. I know we can do this! Let’s hold each other accountable.
