1 time a day for 21 days

Starts once a few join! 20 min of strength training, 5 days a week. This includes bodyweight, resistance bands, weights. Excludes yoga. You’ll need to check in daily show a fitness tracker or timer and give a quick recall of what you did, while on your two rests days just say you’re taking a rest! You can also (optional) show yourself working out after you’ve shown your finished timer if you want to show us something cool!
