Breathing in Truth

So often I learn of a coping tool that sounds great in theory but I forget to use it when push comes to shove. The purpose of this challenge is to develop a regular deep breathing practice with God’s unwavering word at the center. I learned this practice through the Abide biblical meditation app and personal study on breath prayer. Building this practice daily will not only feed our souls and honor God but also better equip us to actually apply it when navigating stressful situations that arise. - At the start of your check-in, share with the group what biblical Truth you’ll be repeating to yourself on the inhale and exhale (see video for example) - Simply breathe deep for what remains of the 60 seconds (or use the time lapse feature for even longer practice) Peace be with you 🙏🏼
