Start the new year right! Let's get into the habit of a body weight Minimum Daily Workout. 50 sit ups, crunches or similar (no planks or iso) up to 3 Cheat days. If you must take a rest day, show a paper with the words " Cheat Day! " On it for 5 seconds to indicate you are taking one of your three Cheat days. Any cheat days over three will be flagged at the end so there will be no make ups! Cheats days are because I will likely not need days off and I want people to rest when they know they need it.
