This challenge is all about being mindful of my food choices and have some accountability knowing I will be checking in each day. I have definitely been eating too many of the wrong foods these last couple weeks and that needs to change. Join me in checking in each day and just saying how you did. Did you make good choices? Did you eat less of the sugary or heavy carbs you had been eating? I know this challenge is pretty broad, we will all be doing different things, but the point is to just be MINDFUL.
