💥CHALLENGE STARTS SUNDAY 9.22.19💥 This will be an 8 week challenge, broken down into 2 week increments (so new Spar members can join!) The challenge will focus on Cardio/Core workouts. The following are the rules for the 1st 2 week challenge. Starts Sunday 9.22- Through Sunday 10.6 💪Complete any 30 minute+ cardio/HIIT workout (of your choice) 4xs Per week 💪Must checkin and SHOW yourself working out (video of you on the treadmill, video of you doing burpees etc) 💪Only 1 check in per day 💪 2 a day workouts do not count as seperate workouts 💪 $20 penalty per missed workout 💥Please note, the challenge will last for 2 weeks only but we will continue doing 2 week challenges for the duration of 8 weeks. You can join into as many or as few as you’d like!💥
