Cardio or 2x something

10 times a week for 2 weeks

Same rules as last time. Cardio counts as 2 checkins, but ya gotta say hi or something for the second one. Don’t need to max out reps for the other exercises but if you do, you have 5 min. 2x per day: Pushups sit-ups pull-ups squats lunges dips kettlebells and basically anything you’re not ashamed of will work. Cardio: Dog carries running skiing rowing biking and anything else works there too. We’re all friends here. Damn this is a lot of space for rules.
